2007 PROJECT LEADER; BOLIVARIAN OILFIELD SERVICES, PLC. Coordinating stard-up fase and first liaison among customers, strategic partners, providers & goberment.
2007 OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR; ISCAR. Barcelona. Coordinating 24/7 International Cargo Transportation and serving as first liaison among: (BLA) Gen. J. A. Anzoategui Airport, Air Force Base, Custom, National Guard, Shippers/Consignees (Advanced Logging Services, Baker, Halliburton, BJ, PDVSA, PetrEX, Precision Drilling, Schlumberger & Weatherford, Wood Group), Allies (Amerijet International) and Custom Agents. In addition I was in charge of review of all related logistic documentation (Import/Export cargo manifest, Incoming/Outgoing general declaration, Shipper's declaration, Flight plan, Load plan, etc.).
2005-2006 PROJECT COORDINATOR (Freelance); CNPC/CVTS. Serving as primary liaison (24/7) between Operator Company (PDVSA South), Drilling Contractors (Cliffs Drilling Company, Rigs: CLIFFS-42 & CLIFFS-43; PRIDE International, Rig: PRIDE-710), DD/MWD Service Company (CNPC/CVTS). Supervising all CNPC/CVTS operations for the execution of 10 deviates (“J” & ”S”) 13,000 feet oil wells in Barinas-Apure basin, ensuring to reach the objectives, meets the contract requirements and accomplishes all HSE regulations. Leadership & assisting movement, rig up/down and pre-job testing of all DD/MWD equipments ensuring their functionality (Navitrak-II/Advantage from Baker). In addition I provided Logistic coordination for delivery/storage of equipments and inspections & non-destructive tests for down-hole tools to the wells as required. Working closely with Operator Drilling Department, Drilling Contractors, Well Service Companies & personnel required. Tracking the project progression ensuring minimize costs & down time. Making recommendations when unusual situations were encountered. Personnel leadership of DD/MWD staff. Primary review, approving and record of survey reports, daily reports, field invoices & payroll.
